Standen & Co Ltd. is a Bulgarian construction company, which was established in 2003.
Standen specialises in the construction and management of holiday homes on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast , in the village of Ravda, located a few kilometres from the resort of Sunny Beach and town of Nesebar..
At present the company has completed six individually designed houses and two apartment complexes, completely finished and operational – “Rutland Court” and “Rutland Bay”.
“Rutland Court” was completed and opened in May 2004. It consists of 22 apartments, all of which are British owned.
„Rutland Bay” was constructed on the outskirts of the village of Ravda, overlooking the sea. The site was opened in May 2006 and consists of 72 fully furnished and air-conditioned apartments, a few of which are still available. The site boasts a large swimming pool/childrens pool, Jacuzzi, an a-la-carte restaurant with sea views, roof top dining and Sky TV, a parking lot, supermarket with telephone booths, internet room and an amusement games corner.
The next project of Standen & Co Ltd. is “Rutland Beach” which is due to commence in April 2007, which is also to be built overlooking the sea in Ravda, in the immediate vicinity of “Rutland Bay”. The project includes 70 air-conditioned apartments, a large swimming pool, restaurant, pool bar and Spa.
